Allied Vision Goldeye 系列 SWIR 面阵相机,含 Goldeye Pro(5GigE Vision、400–1700 nm、TEC1)与 Goldeye(InGaAs、至 2.2 µm、TEC1/TEC2);适用于半导体与玻璃检测、激光光束分析、水分与化学对比度及红外显微等应用。

产品介绍

Goldeye 系列 SWIR 面阵相机采用 InGaAs 传感器,Goldeye Pro 支持 5GigE Vision、400–1700 nm 与 TEC1 制冷;经典 Goldeye 可扩展至约 2.2 µm 并可选 TEC2。适用于半导体检测、湿法工艺、激光测量与光谱相关应用。
